Who?
The 10K is recommended for more experienced runners with a good level of fitness. You need to be at least 14 years old.
When?
11.00 A.M. Sunday 16th May 2021 - be at the start line at least 5 minutes before for race briefing.
Feet?
Running shoes or trail shoes
Route?
The first half is mostly flat as it incorporates the same route as the 5K. The second half includes more challenging narrow trails, tree routes and more hills. 10K participants will closely pass the Restoration Yard, along the river Esk to the meeting of the waters, over the foot bridge, and back towards bluebell grove. Eventually 10K entrants will finish by once more running up heartbreak hill, along Montague bridge and into the finish.
